InnovateAutoMart.com is not the seller and does not guarantee, warrant, or assume responsibility for any services, performance, or products provided by them.

By signing, I acknowledge that InnovateAutoMart.com, an independent brokerage, located the SUBJECT VEHICLE and negotiated terms. A Service Fee (from $500) is due at signing and is separate from down payment/drive-off. This fee is not recoverable in Song-Beverly, products-liability, or other vehicle-related claims unrelated to InnovateAutoMart.com’s services; InnovateAutoMart.com is not the seller or manufacturer.
